Parisian Daydream -- Love to Create Guest Designer

Hi Blog Buddies!!!
Hope you had a wonderful
weekend with your families!!
I did not get on Blogger to go around
and do my visiting and I'm super duper
disappointed with myself for it!!  My hubby
was out of town so the girls & I had a "girl time"
and were doing all kinds of fun things together.  :) :)
At night I kept trying to catch up on Blogger, but instead
I would fall asleep and my phone/ipad would hit me in the face.
My goal for this week is to catch up with all of you and I really hope
that I can be all caught up by the weekend because my list is really piling up!!
****OH, I almost forgot!!!  Thank you so much for all of the well wishes last week!
I am fully recovered from the most horrible version of the flu that I have ever experienced!!
So happy to be myself again, but I can't manage on my usual 4 hours of sleep yet.  I'm always tired!!

I was asked to be a Guest Designer for the Love to Create challenge blog & their
sponsor this week is: Tsumani Rose Digital Papers and Journaling cards.  :) :)
The theme on the challenge blog this week is Red or Pink -- I was naughty
and chose a really pretty coral shade... hope it fits the challenge!!

Do any of you recognize those girls on my card??!
This amazing (*and very personal) digi is a
custom design by Wendy Burns!!!
She used a photograph of my 2
girls and made this for us!!

I fussy cut the digi and paired my 2 little cuties with some
of the digital papers from the sponsor called, "Parisian Daydream"
I think that this set is just perfect for my little beret wearing sweeties!!

Ok, so I know that many of you will be making pink or red cards this week
so you will have no trouble playing along w. this fun challenge over @ Love to Create!!
I hope to see you there for a chance to win some amazing digi papers from Tsunami Rose!!

This image is called, "Love My Sister" :) :) :)
I'm not sure when this image will be in the Etsy shop for
All Dressed Up, but here is a link to the shop just in case...  :) :) :)
Sorry for being a terrible blog buddy these past 2 weeks, I need to get back
on track with my card making, blogging, and visiting!!  Thank you for your patience!!

  1. Hi Nicole! Glad to hear that you're fully recovered and feel a bit like yourself again. This card is great, I actually love the color, whether or not it fits the challenge (I think it should, pink is pink and we shouldn't be too hard on each other isn't it?) I just wanted to say that I still love to follow your blog and I get really inspired by your blogs and beautiful cards. Have a nice week!

  22. Nicole, I am so relieved to hear you're back to your sparkling self! :o) As for this card... excuse me while my jaw drops. :o) This is incredible! I love the custom digis, which you've colored to perfection. The paper is exquisite and you've showcased it beautifully. As always, I simply adore every facet of your creativity. :o)

Speaking of lovely paper... when you have a moment (NO RUSH!), can you tell me what type of printer you use? I love digi papers, but the one time I printed some out, it drained my ink so fast that I haven't done it since. :( If you're happy with yours, I'd love to know what it is when you can. :o) Have a twinkly night, Nicole! And congrats on your Guest Designer spot! SO deserved!

    Hugs and blessings,
    Karen :o)

Lucky, lucky you and your girls!
